Vincennes University is the oldest public university in the state of Indiana, and serves a large student body in a variety of diverse fields. Top-ranked for value and academic rigor, the institution’s Department of Public Safety offers the largest emergency management degree program in the state for undergraduates. Because the school ties into the public university system in the state, it articulates with several associate’s degrees. In fact, an associate’s degree is required of all students before they can pursue upper-level classes.
